1. Non-Returnable Products (General Policy)

All tea products sold on BhaskarChai.com are non-returnable due to:

  • Hygiene concerns

  • Risk of product tampering after delivery

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, unless it meets the conditions listed in Section 2.

2. Returnable Cases (Damaged / Wrong Product)

We accept returns or offer replacements only if:

✔ You received a wrong item that does not match your order

✔ The package was tampered or opened at the time of delivery

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement:

    • The inner packaging

    • The product label and issue

3. Replacement or Refund Process

4. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites

Only purchases made directly from BhaskarChai.com are eligible.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
